I want to highlight my gratitude for Kate’s deep listening, which allowed her to design an agenda for a 2-day staff development workshop on the methods of social presencing that really met our needs.  While the days were wonderfully dense, she conducted the workshops with a great sense of ease and lightness, providing us with a deep “bath” in the material…  even those who were not keen to get wet had fun!
