Thank you!

I’m an interdisciplinary teacher, writer, and facilitator, and I lead courses and retreats integrating Buddhist meditation, somatic movement, social justice, and creativity.

I live and work on stolen land that belongs to the Lenape Haki-nk (Lenni-Lenape) people. I offer my reverence to them, and to this land, and commit to decolonization as a way of life.

The ancestors of the Buddhadharma that I teach are not my blood ancestors. I pay my respects to them, and seek to honor them as my own.
